Returns:
You can return unused, unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at hello@chillhouselondon.com before sending it back.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund within 7 days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges:
Want to swap for another size or product? Contact us first to confirm availability. Once your original item is returned, we’ll ship out the replacement.
In-store purchases:
